Switching from Ubuntu 9.04 to Ubuntu 9.10 is always a pain because you need to reinstall all the applications which i was using previously . I was also thinking how to replicate my company working Ubuntu 9.10 application environment to my personal desktop at home.
I was looking for a one click installer solution for my problem where i could backup all my Ubuntu applications and restore it automatically . I found this great tool APTonCD which did solve my problem.You can install all the application with out Internet connectivity which is an added plus for me
