First of all on the behalf of TalkOnSomething I would like to wish all the kids around the world a Happy Children’s Day. Children’s Day is celebrated today i.e. 14th November only in India. Today is the birthday of Jawaharlal Nehru, the first ever Prime Minister of Independent India Different countries have different different dates on which they celebrate this event, to get more details about this check the wiki of this event. Today while coming from college I realized that today it is also the World Diabetes Day. So I had seen some campaigns going on while coming.

Actually If you go onto relate both the things, according to me its right to celebrate both these events together.Children often tend to eat more sweets,chocolates & other confectioneries. Its the age to eat all those stuff, of course but making it addict is not good for health. Can cause several diseases. One of the major one is Diabetes. Well many would argue saying that diabetes is caused due to Genetic factors too. A Mother having it could transfer to her child & this could continue till generations. There are several other reasons too for diabetes to affect us.  But most common is due to intake of excess of sweet items.

Children are of course more lovable than the deadly diabetes, So we decided to make our children’s day logo, check the image below though its already been put up on the homepage of TOS

Lastly, would like to tell the small children to enjoy this day to the fullest & to all that protect & care yourself from Diabetes. Once you get it you won’t quite be able to eat all the sweets up
