Yammer a Corporate twitter or a Enterprise micro blogging which brings a change to your working environment than the your conventional way of indoor meeting discussion .
One could create groups within the Corporate Network and start discussion within the group , Sounds cool !!!

Good features in yammer I found Interesting are
1.Org Chart , which provides overview of Organisation Tree structure . Whom you work with , Who Manages you , Whom you want to report .
2. File attachment feature u can upload files and share with your colleagues. This feature which most of them miss in twitter , i think all agrees to it.
3. Auto populate feature when you press @a it populates all the users starting with alphabet a .
4. Using yammer your company Network can be connected through other means like Desktop currently for Windows and Mac,Mobiles clients for Iphone and Black Berry .
5. Notification of the yams(tweet) , when some yams , you will have a refresh Notification to get the latest yams.
6. Yammer servers as good backup for your Organization Knowledge base.
7. Email yams to your friends , if you find the resource useful , Like the one i did for yammer itself 
8.Thumbs up and Bookmarking features sounds ok.
9. Support for SMS
10. Threaded reply to the discussions .
Yammer could be a revolutionary change in corporate environment , Like their tagline suggest Changing the way you work !!!
Some of the feature I personally like to be in yammer
1. Audio Video conferencing support within a group .
2. Bug in UI when i post more than 140 Characters the text area extends with the characters , which need to be looked at.
3.Being an Opensource fan I would love to see Yammer desktop client for Linux and Mobile client for Android too.Hope they would launch soon
