The forum is built using SMF (Simple Machines Forum) which is an open source forum script. So its pretty good to use a free script rather than going for paid scripts as they are costly & are not that user friendly. But as the URL’s in SMF by default are not SEO (Search Engine Optimization) friendly i.e. they are not clean url’s , but can be rewritten either by modifying .Htaccess OR by using a mod from the SMF site named Pretty URL’s. The usage of the mod will be much simpler than configuring the .htaccess file. 
Also the template/theme is the default template of SMF having few modifications here & there. But I would suggest to modify the CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) of the default SMF template a bit to give the forum a more attractive look than the same default look. The site loading is quite fast as compared to other sites. Also they have a separate WAP site for mobile users. They have other categories too with Mobiles hacks. As talking only about mobile will be quite boring. But there is an hour by hour update to the posts if at all the hack gets changed or the service provider like Airel , Vodafone ,etc block them. So overall the site’s pretty good. They also have a blog of their own ; as it has become a trend to have blogs with main sites. But the Number of Threads as compared to the members registered is quite less. its only 2,410 Threads/Topics : 11,322 Members. This ratio can be improved whereas the topic : post ratio is awesome. Its 2,410 Threads/Topics : 56,317 Posts. The posts are high due to the reply a particular thread gets after that particular hack has been tried. A feedback kinda thing.

Currently Gstek needs lots of improvements in terms
of looks and Features but the only problem we are facing is FUNDS, As gstek is 101% free site, we doesn’t charge any penny even for VIP section.
Still we are looking to get some support over funds so that our users can get Great experience from Gstek
I also want to clarify your point of Less no of topics as compared to Members and posts, From the start of Gstek its my thinking that excess crowd of any information can make information unaccessible, We believes in QUALITY not QUANTITY and we are following this thing.
Our current no. of topics is something near 6,500 according to database but we deleted most of they topics as they were old, was having useless information, could be merged into others etc. so actual topics are ~ 2,500 only…

Gstek.info is really a great forum hunted by inexperienced as well as experienced pro in computing and networking expertise. A true forum which knows to give appropriate credits wherever due and a forum which cultivates the smartest and intelligent you in you.
THe negative point that I see in Gstek is that its less professional from many aspects and that is what inhibits its proper monetization. So Gourav should actually focus on making things more professional and of authority kind coz quality with authority is considered superiority and would earn more and more for him as well as the community.
